Client Story
I never forgot the taste of my mother's nail-biting solution to put on my nails when I was a child. She sometimes mixed it with a spicy pepper taste. It worked temporarily, but not permanently. As a child, I had no idea why I bit my nails, but I was sure that I had no control over it, and it shamed me at school and in my environment.

Everyone judged me that this was a sign of non-confidence, an emotional need and emotional dependence; some referred it to as stress relief.

I actively tried to stop myself, but I always ended up relapsing until I met AYAH and discovered that I couldn't change behaviour permanently without understanding the main thought. I found that biting my nails was none of the causes listed above; my issue was a lack of self-expression.
This discovery not only helped me to stop my habit but also opened for me other closed doors.

I am thankful to AYAH, who showed me how strong a person could be when overcoming an addiction or any other emotional or mental issue. That habit that I used to have has gone for good due to AYAH therapy.
