At work, I got a raise. The raise paid more. I had to speak publicly more. Before I got the raise, I spoke in front of people, and it didn’t matter because they weren’t in high positions. During my first public speaking, when I got the raise, I wasn’t apprehensive because I thought it would be expected, but the CEO was there, I was anxious, but I tried. I made a total fool out of myself, and once they realized I wasn’t good at speaking, they demoted me again.
After that, it impacted me very severely, and I couldn’t even speak properly in any business meeting. I took sessions with AYAH and realized that my words started to revive. I got a big raise due to my excellence in presentation and speaking.
